Grilled Carrots

6 to 8 medium carrots

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp balsamic glaze

1 tsp salt

Wash carrots and slice in half down the center if using large sized carrots. Place carrots into a shallow dish and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Season with salt and brown sugar. Mix carrots to coat marinate evenly and marinate for 15 minutes. Place on barbecue grill over a medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until fork tender. Don’t forget to turn.

This dish can be roasted in a 425 F oven for 30 minutes.
