Fish Batter Gluten Free

2/3 cup Gluten Free flour mix

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 baking soda

1 tbsp vinegar

2/3 cup water

Heat oil in fryer or sauce pot.

Mix all dry ingredients and until you reach the consistency of a smooth batter.

Wash fillets and pad dry.

Lightly dust fish with GF Flour.

Dip fillet one at a time into batter and then gentle transfer into heated oil for 5 minutes depending the thickness of fillet.
